San Diego International Airport is perfectly located to serve the city of San Diego California as well as passengers looking to visit northern Mexico. It is only 20 miles from Tijuana, Mexico. The airport is also commonly referred to Lindbergh Field with the airport code SAN.

It is also known as the busiest airport in the United States with a single runway and is only behind London Gatwick for the world’s busiest single runway airport. It handles well over 50,000 passengers per day and has over 600 departures and arrivals each day.
